Privacy Policy for Basecamp Simple Timer

What is collected:
Basecamp user name/email, Basecamp account/item IDs, task titles/URLs, timer durations, optional time-entry notes, extension session token, and OAuth tokens handled by the backend.

How it is used:
To authenticate with Basecamp, show connection status, manage local timers, and create Basecamp Timesheet entries.

Where it is stored:
Timer data and app session token are stored locally in Chrome storage. OAuth tokens and user/account metadata are stored in the Cloudflare Worker backend/D1 database; OAuth tokens are encrypted.

Who it is shared with:
Basecamp/37signals, only to authenticate the user and create time entries. Cloudflare, as the backend hosting/database provider.

What is not collected:
No passwords, PINs, payment information, health information, location, or general browsing history.
